I really enjoyed hospitable and dedicated employees!

thanks everyone for a pleasant stay for a restful vacation. the hotel rooms were beautifully designed and well stocked with a kitchenette and the mattress which maybe should be replaced. the location in a very relaxing area was unbeatable and fantastic.

Fine experience there. Fairly clean place & helpful and attentive staff. Great restaurant and pool bar on-site.

Straight facts, no fluff

The location's convenience can't be overstated, and I appreciated the vibrant decor and inviting backyard pool. The included parking and bikes were very handy, especially since I could hit the beach that's just a short walk away. The lovely amenities.

Friendly staff made me feel welcomed.

The hotel claimed to have refunded it but I have seen no confirmation and no funds in my account. A careless housekeeper threw away my dog's belongings, and they have not compensated me for the leash and harness I had to replace.

It was just a proper fit for a couple of nights in Miami Beach with reasonable price. The bathroom in our King Room was surprisingly spacious, a nice touch. If you're bringing your car, be prepared to search for parking nearby.

I really enjoyed my two-night stay in the King Room, especially hanging out by the lovely pool and the relaxing sun terrace. The hotel had some great vibes with sun loungers perfect for soaking up the sun, though the noise levels from the hall were a bit distracting. Overall, I’d recommend bringing some earplugs for a better night’s sleep! 😊

I clocked a 12-minute wait after a day out, which can really test anyone's patience, especially if you're hauling gear. Daily cleaning often seems like a suggestion rather than a promise, with missed cleanings adding to the subtle annoyance. The dining experience could be hit or miss, like waiting too long for drinks or running into limited options during weekdays. It feels like they could do better under the circumstances.

I loved the cute pool area and the cozy ambiance. The beach service was perfect. They set up chairs for us.

Spacious room, pleasant staff, the corner room with a private balcony offered beautiful views of the creek and downtown Miami, and the convenient trolley bus stop nearby made exploring the area hassle-free.

The King Room was a decent size and had nice amenities, feel comfy enough for our stay. The bed was fine but not super excellent. The décor was quirky and fit the hotel's vibe well. I liked the kitchenette a lot and especially the espresso machine! The only downside was some stains on the floors, made me wonder about cleanliness. It had a cool feel despite a couple of spots needing a deeper clean.
